Marketing Manager

Cabaret & Live Entertainment Venues | Chicago, IL & Naples, FL

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across a portfolio of live entertainment venues, including:

  • Two upscale Cabaret Lounge venues (Chicago & Naples)

  • A concert arena focused on live music and special events.

  • A premium Cigarette Lounge.

This role is ideal for someone who understands nightlife, entertainment marketing, and experiential brands — and knows how to turn events into packed rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive attendance, brand awareness, and revenue across all venues.

  • Plan and promote cabaret shows, concerts, special events, and themed nights.

  • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, websites, and event listings.

  • Coordinate with booking, operations, and venue managers to align promotions with programming.

  • Oversee content creation (graphics, video, copy) in collaboration with designers, photographers, and videographers.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (social, Google, event platforms) and track ROI.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, promoters, and partners in both markets.

  • Oversee brand consistency while tailoring messaging to each venue’s unique identity.

  • Track performance metrics, attendance data, and marketing spend; prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, live entertainment, or events.

  • Proven experience promoting live shows, concerts, or venue-based events.

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple venues, markets, and event calendars simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and audience engagement.

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events.

  • Experience working with designers, vendors, and booking teams is a plus.
